Tralynn Obryan McCullar founded TOM Enterprise from the same place every great institution begins — a problem worth solving and a commitment to solving it correctly. Having witnessed firsthand how creative talent stalls when it meets the wall of business complexity, financial opacity, and mentorship scarcity, he built TOM to be the resource he wished had existed earlier.
TOM Enterprise is Tralynn’s answer to a systemic gap: the Arizona creative economy produces extraordinary founders who too often go unseen, unstructured, and under-resourced. The Legacy Builder Cohort is the direct expression of his belief that structure is not the enemy of creativity — it is the architecture that allows creativity to scale.
As Executive Director, Tralynn personally scores every application, leads every Discovery Call, and makes every scholarship and enrollment decision. TOM is deliberately small, deliberately intentional, and deliberately human — because the founders it serves deserve nothing less than the full presence of the person who built it.
