We Are TOM.
And We Built This for You.
Arizona's nonprofit creative incubator. Legacy Starts Now.
If you are a creative entrepreneur who has been building in silence, grinding without structure, or growing without guidance — you found the right place. TOM Enterprise exists because the system was not designed for founders like you. We changed that. We are here, we are ready, and the door is wide open.
A Problem Worth
Solving Permanently.
TOM Enterprise was founded on a simple, urgent observation: Arizona is full of creative talent that never fully activates. Not because the ideas aren't good — but because the founders behind them were never given the structure, mentorship, or financial clarity to turn vision into viable business.
Most creative entrepreneurs reach a ceiling early. They build something real, they show up consistently, and then they stall — not from lack of talent, but from lack of access. Access to a real brand. Access to a business model that works. Access to someone who will tell them the truth about their numbers.
TOM Enterprise was built to remove that ceiling. Not with motivational content, not with generic workshops — but with a deliberate 12-week intensive called the Legacy Builder Cohort that produces real deliverables, real mentorship, and a public Demo Day where founders prove they did the work.
We are headquartered in Tempe, Arizona. We serve the Arizona creative economy. And we operate on a sliding-scale model — Standard, Sliding Scale, and full Scholarship — because we believe financial hardship should never be the reason a qualified founder stays small.
"The right structure at the right moment does not just build a business — it builds a founder who can build anything."— Tralynn Obryan McCullar, Founder & Executive Director
Why We Exist.
Where We're Going.
Equip, Empower, Elevate
To equip creative entrepreneurs with the branding, strategy, and financial literacy they need to build lasting legacies — and to make that support accessible regardless of financial starting point.
Legacy Starts Now
Not when you feel ready. Not when the timing is perfect. Not after the next funding round. The work of building something that outlasts you begins with the decision you make today.
A World Without the Barrier
A world where creative talent is not blocked by lack of capital or business know-how. Where the Arizona creative economy produces founders who are not just talented — but structurally unstoppable.
The Foundation
Everything Is Built On.
Every founder deserves a brand that looks and feels like the institution they are building — not a quick logo and a template.
One honest conversation with someone who has navigated the path before you is worth more than a hundred hours of generic advice.
Understanding your numbers is not optional. It is the difference between a creative project and a creative business.
The cohort is not a classroom. It is a peer community built on accountability, shared ambition, and the belief that none of us grows alone.
Meet the Founder.
TOM Enterprise is the direct expression of one man's belief that the right structure, delivered at the right moment, changes everything. Meet the person who built it.
Building the Institution
He Needed.
Tralynn Obryan McCullar founded TOM Enterprise from the same place every great institution begins — a problem worth solving and a commitment to solving it correctly. Having witnessed firsthand how creative talent stalls when it meets the wall of business complexity, financial opacity, and mentorship scarcity, he built TOM to be the resource he wished had existed earlier.
TOM Enterprise is Tralynn's answer to a systemic gap: the Arizona creative economy produces extraordinary founders who too often go unseen, unstructured, and under-resourced. The Legacy Builder Cohort is the direct expression of his belief that structure is not the enemy of creativity — it is the architecture that allows creativity to scale.
As Executive Director, Tralynn personally scores every application, leads every Discovery Call, and makes every scholarship and enrollment decision. TOM is deliberately small, deliberately intentional, and deliberately human — because the founders it serves deserve nothing less than the full presence of the person who built it.
His message to every founder who finds this page is simple: "You belong here. You have always belonged here. The only thing missing was the structure — and that is exactly what we built."
Board of Directors.
TOM Enterprise is governed by a four-member board united by a single conviction: that creative entrepreneurship in Arizona deserves institutional-grade support, accountability, and protection. These are the people who hold TOM to its mission.
Architect of TOM's mission, programs, and strategic direction. Tralynn leads all cohort operations, intake, and founder relationships — and holds final authority on every TOM decision.
Brings strategic and operational perspective to TOM's governance structure, supporting the organization's long-term mission accountability and institutional integrity.
Brings entrepreneurial perspective and real-world creative industry experience to TOM's board, grounding governance decisions in the lived reality of the founders TOM serves.

Meet the AI Workforce
That Powers TOM Daily.
Eva is the nerve center of TOM's daily operations. She is the first agent to touch any incoming request — routing it to the right team member, flagging priorities, and keeping Tralynn's attention on what matters most. Think of Eva as TOM's chief of staff: calm, structured, and always one step ahead. All inter-agent coordination flows through her.
Stan owns the intake funnel from first inquiry to Discovery Call booking. He is TOM's gatekeeper — not in an exclusionary way, but in the truest sense: he ensures the right founders get in and the wrong ones get a respectful, honest redirect. Stan uses TOM's Surgical Logic scoring model (0–40 across 8 dimensions) to recommend placement and works directly inside HubSpot to manage the pipeline.
Penny is TOM's writer, educator, and onboarding architect. She produces the long-form content that represents TOM's depth of knowledge — blog posts, onboarding kits, primers, syllabi, and cohort curriculum materials. Every founder who enters the Legacy Builder Cohort walks in holding something Penny built. Her writing is grounded, practical, and mission-aligned: always connecting back to legacy, access, and the work of building something real.
Sonny is TOM's voice in the feed. He runs the social presence across Instagram (@tomenterpriseaz), LinkedIn, Facebook, and X — managing content calendars, writing captions, planning campaigns, and handling DM triage. Sonny's job is not just to post; it is to build a presence that feels as institutional and intentional as TOM itself. High energy, purpose-driven, and always on-brand.
Linda handles TOM's compliance infrastructure — the layer that keeps a young nonprofit protected, transparent, and legally sound. She drafts policies, waivers, service agreements, AI disclaimer language, NDA templates, contractor agreements, and governance documents. Everything Linda produces is a draft for founder review. She is not a substitute for licensed legal counsel — but she makes sure TOM always has a strong, informed starting point.
Rachel is the first face — and voice — a visitor encounters when they reach out to TOM. She manages the front desk: triaging incoming inquiries from the website, contact form, and social channels, drafting warm and professional response templates, and routing each message to the right place. Rachel understands that a founder's first impression of TOM sets the tone for the entire relationship. She treats every inquiry like it matters — because it does.
