Programs That Turn
Talent Into Legacy.
From our 12-week Legacy Builder Cohort to focused financial literacy workshops and teen mini-cohorts, every TOM program is designed to move people from potential to practiced, bankable skill.
Three Ways to Build Your Legacy.
All TOM programs are grounded in the same pillars — Creative Excellence, Strategic Mentorship, Financial Literacy, and Community First — delivered at a pace and depth that fits where you are.
Legacy Builder Cohort
A full incubator experience that combines brand identity, strategic planning, financial literacy, mentorship, and a Demo Day capstone. Designed for 10–15 founders who are ready to commit.
Financial Literacy for Creatives
Interactive sessions on pricing, budgeting, and cash flow that translate finance into plain language. Ideal for community partners, incubators, and creative collectives across Arizona.
Legacy Starts Young
A short-format experience that introduces young people to brand, money, and mindset — adapted from the Legacy Builder framework for schools, youth programs, and community partners.
Legacy Builder Cohort
Cohort 02 · Fall 2026
Cohort 02 is a 12-week hybrid experience for up to 15 founders. The goal is simple: by the time you walk out of Demo Day, you have a complete brand identity, a 12-month business plan, a financial foundation, and a network of peers who are moving like you.
You’ll meet weekly for structured sessions, work through guided homework in between, and meet with mentors who keep you honest about the story you’re telling and the numbers behind it.
Financial Literacy &
Money for Founders Workshops.
These sessions translate finance into plain language for creatives, nonprofits, and community organizations. No jargon, no shame — just real numbers and real decisions presented in a way your people can use.
Legacy Starts Young
Teen Mini-Cohort.
This 6-session mini-cohort adapts the Legacy Builder model for teens and young adults. Participants explore identity, values, money basics, and creative career paths — all in a format that feels conversational, not lecture-heavy.
Same Standard, Different Price Points.
Whether someone comes through the adult cohort, a community workshop, or a teen mini-cohort, TOM’s standard doesn’t change. What changes is how the work is funded — through a mix of standard fees, sliding-scale agreements, and scholarship seats funded by grants and partners.
