TOM serves creative solopreneurs, first-generation entrepreneurs, and career transitioners in or connected to Arizona's creative economy. Specifically: founders who are serious, coachable, and ready to commit — but may have limited financial resources. We exist to remove capital and know-how as barriers to legacy.
Step one: submit an application. Your intake form goes through our Surgical Logic scoring process (8 categories, max 40 points). If you score 24+, you're invited to a 30-minute discovery call with Tralynn. That call determines your tier, timeline, and enrollment path. No pressure — just clarity.

Penny's Knowledge BaseThe Legacy Builder Cohort runs 12 weeks with a commitment of 8–10 hrs/week. All three tiers receive identical program quality — no lesser experience at a lower price. Tier placement is confirmed during your discovery call. No judgment. Just alignment.
Scholarship seats are fully subsidized and awarded based on financial need and program fit. You indicate your tier preference in your application — there's no separate scholarship form. During the discovery call, Tralynn reviews your situation and confirms placement. Scholarship seats are limited per cohort, so early application is encouraged.
