TOM Enterprise operates this website as its public-facing headquarters for trust, navigation, intake entry, legal pages, and email capture.

You may use this website only for lawful purposes related to learning about TOM Enterprise, reviewing public information, submitting inquiries, applying to programs, booking appointments, or accessing resources made available through the site.

No Client Relationship by Website Use

Legal obligations for services arise only through individually executed documents such as a Service Agreement, Program Enrollment Form, Statement of Work, or other applicable written instrument issued by TOM Enterprise.

Services & Programs

The TOM Enterprise website may describe branding services, strategic business planning, mentorship, financial literacy workshops, creative direction offerings, and the Legacy Builder Cohort. These descriptions are informational in nature and do not guarantee acceptance, availability, pricing, timing, cohort placement, scholarship qualification, or specific outcomes unless confirmed in writing through a separate agreement or enrollment document.

Enrollment Process

Enrollment follows a structured process that can include intake, tier assessment, agreement execution, onboarding, participation requirements, and completion milestones. TOM Enterprise reserves the right to approve, defer, waitlist, or decline participation based on fit, readiness, capacity, scholarship funding, and program needs.

Pricing, Payments & Refunds

TOM Enterprise operates on a nonprofit sliding-scale pricing model that may include scholarship, subsidized, and standard tiers depending on financial need, program structure, and availability. Specific fees, payment schedules, participation obligations, and refund rules are established in writing at enrollment or purchase. TOM Enterprise states that fees are generally non-refundable because they support mission-based resource allocation.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the TOM Enterprise website and its text, design, layout, branding, logos, graphics, and original content are owned by TOM Enterprise or used with permission and may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without authorization.

For client services, final deliverables may transfer to the client only as described in the executed Service Agreement, while TOM Enterprise retains ownership of its pre-existing templates, frameworks, and internal systems unless otherwise agreed in writing.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, consistent with TOM Enterprise’s incorporation and nonprofit governance structure. If a separate written agreement with TOM Enterprise contains a different dispute-resolution or venue provision, that agreement controls for the covered relationship.
