Show Up Ready.
The more prepared you are, the more you get out of your session with Tralynn. You do not need to have everything figured out — in fact, the best sessions often start with honest confusion. But a little prep goes a long way.
Be able to explain what your business does or what you're building in one sentence. It doesn't have to be perfect — but attempting it will sharpen your thinking before the call.
What is the one thing between where you are now and where you want to be? Brand? Revenue? Clarity? Confidence? Naming it in advance makes the session far more useful.
For Discovery Calls: know roughly what you can invest in your development right now. TOM has sliding-scale and scholarship options — honesty helps us find the right path.
Write down 2–3 questions you want answered by the end of the call. It signals you're serious — and it ensures you leave with what you actually needed.
All sessions are via Zoom unless otherwise arranged. Camera on is not required but strongly encouraged — the quality of conversation is measurably better face to face.

You'll receive an immediate confirmation email from Acuity with the Zoom link and a short pre-call intake form. The form takes 5 minutes — it helps Tralynn come prepared. Show up at the scheduled time, and the conversation takes it from there.
Completely free, no catch. TOM invests in Discovery Calls because the quality of the cohort depends on finding the right founders — not just filling seats. You will not be pressured to enroll, sign anything, or commit to anything on the call. If it's not the right fit, we'll tell you that honestly.
Strategy Session pricing is visible when you book through Acuity. Sliding-scale options are available for founders with financial hardship — email tralynnm@tomenterprise.org before booking and we'll work something out. TOM does not turn serious founders away for financial reasons.
All sessions are held via Zoom. The link is included in your confirmation email and calendar invite. In-person sessions in the Tempe area may be available by request — email us to arrange.
Yes — reschedule or cancel anytime up to 24 hours before your appointment through the Acuity link in your confirmation email. Cancellations within 24 hours of a paid session may not be eligible for a refund. Life happens — reach out directly if you're in a bind.
When in doubt, book the Discovery Call. It's free, low-pressure, and the most common starting point. Tralynn can redirect you to the right resource from there — whether that's the cohort, a strategy session, a blog post, or a referral to someone better suited to your need.
Absolutely — select Partnership Call when booking. This session is specifically designed for corporations, foundations, nonprofits, schools, and civic organizations interested in supporting TOM through sponsorship, grants, program collaboration, or formal partnership.
All availability is shown in Mountain Standard Time (MST) — Tempe, Arizona. Acuity will automatically convert to your local timezone when you book. Arizona does not observe Daylight Saving Time, so during summer months MST aligns with PDT (Pacific Daylight Time).
