Clear terms build
stronger working relationships.
TOM Enterprise uses written service agreements to create clarity around scope, deliverables, timelines, payment terms, confidentiality, and client responsibilities. This page provides a plain-language overview of how our agreements generally work before enrollment or engagement begins.
How TOM service agreements work
TOM Enterprise provides branding, strategic business planning, mentorship, financial literacy education, and cohort-based support through a structured nonprofit model. Public-facing website content is informational, while the final governing terms for any engagement are set in the executed Service Agreement, Program Enrollment Form, and Statement of Work for that client or participant.
Before services begin
Prospective clients complete intake, TOM Enterprise reviews fit and pricing tier, and both parties confirm the engagement in writing. The final documents outline services, deliverables, timelines, participation expectations, and any applicable fees.
During the engagement
The agreement helps define what TOM Enterprise will provide, what the client must provide, and how communication, payment, revisions, scheduling, and completion are handled throughout the working relationship.
What agreements typically cover
Written service agreements are used to reduce confusion and create shared expectations around the work, including what is included, what is not included, and what is required from each side.
Client rights and responsibilities
TOM Enterprise’s service framework gives clients the right to receive the services and deliverables described in their executed documents once payment and participation obligations are met. Clients also have the right to confidentiality protections, written notice regarding certain issues affecting enrollment or standing, and access to services in a respectful, inclusive, community-centered environment.
In return, clients are expected to communicate professionally, attend required sessions where applicable, provide accurate intake information, fulfill payment obligations on time, and review strategies or materials before relying on them for business decisions. Scholarship-tier participants may also be required to complete additional participation or reporting requirements tied to that award structure.
All fees are generally treated as non-refundable once resources have been allocated or services have begun, because they directly support program delivery and TOM Enterprise’s nonprofit mission. Specific terms are confirmed in the executed agreement for each engagement.
The agreement protects the relationship.
Service agreements are not just legal documents. They help make the working relationship clearer, more respectful, and easier to manage for both TOM Enterprise and the client.
Legal and program framework
TOM Enterprise operates as an Arizona nonprofit corporation and uses a broader legal compliance framework that may include service agreements, statements of work, enrollment forms, workshop disclaimers, confidentiality and intellectual property agreements, mentor agreements, and website terms and policies.
What this page is
This page is a public, informational summary designed to help clients, participants, and partners understand the general structure of TOM Enterprise service agreements before formal engagement begins.
What this page is not
This page is not itself a binding contract, does not replace a signed agreement, and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Final obligations are established only through individually executed documents.
