The Program

More Than a Course. More Than Coaching.

The Legacy Builder Cohort is TOM Enterprise's flagship 12-week intensive β€” a structured, cohort-based experience that combines four disciplines creative entrepreneurs need but rarely get access to together: brand identity, strategic business planning, financial literacy, and hands-on mentorship.

It is not a self-paced course you watch alone. It is not a motivational workshop series. It is a full founder development experience with real accountability, real peers, real deliverables β€” and a live Demo Day where you pitch in front of people who matter.

Pillar 01 Brand Identity Development Visual identity, brand voice, positioning, and a brand standards guide you own completely.
Pillar 02 Strategic Business Planning Business model, market clarity, 3-year vision, and a 90-day priority action plan.
Pillar 03 Financial Literacy Pricing, cash flow, business banking, and the financial confidence to look at your numbers without fear.
Pillar 04 1-on-1 Mentorship Dedicated time with Tralynn throughout the 12 weeks β€” not a check-in, a real working relationship.
This Is Not…
A Self-Paced Course No passive video libraries you'll never finish. Every session is live, structured, and requires you to show up.
A Motivation Workshop TOM doesn't do hype. We build frameworks you actually use β€” frameworks that work after the energy of the room wears off.
A One-Size-Fits-All Program The cohort is capped at 12 founders so every participant gets genuine 1-on-1 attention and a peer group small enough to matter.
Pay-to-Play Access Sliding scale pricing and full scholarships mean financial hardship is never the reason a qualified founder is turned away.
This Is…
A Real Commitment β€” From Both Sides TOM commits 12 weeks of serious attention to your business. You commit 5–8 hours a week and show up.
The Peer Group You Didn't Have A small cohort of serious, vetted founders going through the same experience at the same time.
Deliverables You Own and Use You leave with a brand system, a business plan, a financial foundation, and a pitch you've actually delivered.
The Equalizer The business education and mentorship that should have been accessible to first-generation creative entrepreneurs all along.
The Curriculum

Four Phases. Twelve Weeks. One Transformed Business.

Every week builds on the last. By the time you step onto the Demo Day stage, you haven't just learned β€” you've built.

Ideal Founders

Built for This Founder.

TOM's Surgical Logic intake model exists because the right fit matters more than the most impressive application. These are the founders this cohort is built for.

Founder Type 01 The Talented Creative with No Business Backbone You're undeniably good at what you do. Clients tell you. The work speaks for itself. But you don't have a real brand, a pricing strategy, or any idea what your cash flow looks like. TOM builds the business under your talent.
Founder Type 02 The Career Transitioner Going All In You've left (or are leaving) a job to build something creative and your own. You need to build the foundation right the first time β€” brand, plan, finances β€” so you don't have to rebuild it in three years.
Founder Type 03 The Established Creative Ready to Level Up You have revenue. You have clients. But your brand is inconsistent, your strategy is reactive, and your pricing is based on what you think people will pay. TOM gives your existing business the infrastructure it was missing.
βœ…  Great Fit
🎯You have a specific creative business idea or existing practice
⏱You can commit 5–8 hours/week for 12 consecutive weeks
🧠You're coachable β€” you take feedback and implement
🌱You're a first-generation entrepreneur without a business school background
πŸ“You're based in Arizona or connected to the AZ creative community
πŸ”₯You're serious, not just curious β€” you intend to build
❌  Not a Fit Right Now
πŸ•You can't consistently show up for 12 weeks
πŸ”You're still exploring whether entrepreneurship is for you
🧱You want someone to build your brand for you rather than with you
πŸ“£You want a motivational experience β€” not a structured, rigorous curriculum
🚫You're not open to feedback or willing to revisit how you've been doing things
What You Leave With

Four Deliverables. All Yours.

Every cohort graduate leaves with four tangible, usable, founder-owned assets. Not inspiration. Infrastructure.

Deliverable 01 Complete Brand Identity System

A fully documented brand identity system you own completely β€” the same thing agencies charge thousands for, built during the program around your actual business.

Logo, color palette, typography, and usage guidelines
Brand voice, positioning statement, and verbal identity
Brand standards guide β€” hand it to any designer or printer
Deliverable 02 Written Strategic Business Plan

A real, written strategic business plan β€” not a template you fill in, but a living document built around your actual business that you reference, share, and update as you grow.

Business model, market, and ideal client definition
Revenue model, pricing strategy, and financial projections
3-year vision framework and 90-day priority action plan
Deliverable 03 Financial Literacy Foundation

Not a spreadsheet. A foundation β€” the habits, frameworks, and confidence to manage your business finances without fear and make decisions based on real numbers.

Business banking setup and separation completed
Pricing framework applied to your actual offers
Cash flow tracking system and tax awareness in place
Deliverable 04 A Pitch You've Delivered Live

Not a slide deck that lives on your laptop. A pitch you've actually rehearsed, refined, and delivered in front of a live audience at Demo Day β€” the most powerful proof of progress.

Polished pitch deck and narrative structure
Live Demo Day presentation to real audience
Post-pitch feedback and next-step plan

Three Tiers. One Program. No One Left Behind.

TOM's sliding-scale model ensures that financial hardship is never the reason a qualified founder is turned away. Every seat β€” regardless of tier β€” receives the exact same program, mentorship, and community.

1-on-1 mentorship with Tralynn throughout
Demo Day participation
TOM Alumni Network access
Flexible payment schedule
Book Discovery Call to Discuss β†’
Tier 03 Full Scholarship
$0 For qualified founders β€” limited seats

For founders who demonstrate genuine financial hardship and strong program fit. Scholarship seats are limited and decisions are made personally by Tralynn. Apply and be honest β€” that is enough.

TOM's commitment: No qualified founder is turned away solely because of financial hardship. Every pricing tier receives the exact same program, the exact same mentorship, and the exact same Demo Day experience. The sliding scale and scholarship fund exist because access β€” not talent β€” has always been the barrier.

Quick Answers

Common Questions.

The most frequently asked questions about the cohort β€” answered directly.

No. TOM serves pre-launch founders with a serious idea, early-stage businesses with some traction, and established creative businesses that need to level up. What matters more than your stage is your readiness, commitment, and coachability.
Plan for 5–8 hours per week β€” including the live group session (90 minutes), independent application work, optional 1-on-1 check-ins, and community engagement. TOM is designed for real people with full lives. That said: partial commitment produces partial results. If 12 weeks of 5+ hours/week isn't realistic right now, this may not be the right time.
Scholarship consideration is built into the standard application β€” there is no separate process. When you apply at tomenterprise.org/apply, you'll have the opportunity to describe your financial situation honestly. Scholarship decisions are made by Tralynn personally. Be honest. That is enough.
The Fall 2026 cohort is delivered primarily via Zoom, enabling founders across Arizona to participate without relocating. In-person elements may be incorporated for local Tempe/Phoenix participants, particularly around Demo Day. All logistics are confirmed at enrollment.
Surgical Logic is TOM's structured intake scoring model. Applications are evaluated across eight dimensions β€” clarity of vision, business stage, time commitment, coachability, resource fit, Arizona alignment, brand readiness, and legacy intent β€” each scored 1–5. The goal is to find founders who will benefit most from TOM's specific program, not the most impressive application.
Every cohort graduate joins the TOM Alumni Network β€” a growing community of founders who have been through the program. Alumni receive access to future TOM workshops and events at reduced or no cost, opportunities to return as mentors or guest speakers, and an ongoing relationship with TOM. The door does not close at graduation.

What Founders Are Saying.

TOM's inaugural cohort launches Fall 2026. Testimonials from Demo Day graduates will be published here. For now β€” hear from founders who've spoken with Tralynn directly.

"I've been 'about to launch' for two years. The Discovery Call alone gave me more clarity than six months of podcasts and courses combined. I knew within 20 minutes this was different."

Jada R. Graphic Designer Β· Phoenix, AZ Β· Discovery Call Participant

"Finally β€” a program that treats creative entrepreneurs like real business owners, not hobbyists who need to be motivated. The structure and the rigor are exactly what I was looking for."

Marcus T. Music Producer Β· Tempe, AZ Β· Fall 2026 Applicant

"The scholarship option made this possible for me. I've never had access to this level of mentorship. The fact that TOM built access into the model β€” that alone tells you everything about their mission."

Aaliyah S. Fashion Designer Β· Mesa, AZ Β· Fall 2026 Applicant

Full cohort graduate testimonials and outcome stories will be published here after TOM's inaugural Demo Day in Fall 2026. Check back β€” the receipts are coming.
